1. You are in no way obligated to promote any site owned and operated by On-Line Media after becoming a partner.
   
2. Your website(s) must be legal and may not contain any bestiality, child pornography, warez or password trading. On-Line Media  is not responsible for the content of its partners sites.
   
3. Partners MAY NOT promote On-Line Media website(s) through unsolicited e-mail or any other form of spam. Spam is sending e-mail to someone without permission or posting messages to inappropriate newsgroups and/or message boards.
   
4. On-Line Media has contracted Verotel and GloboSALE, as independent tracking and billing services, so that partners may be confident of not being cheated, and of receiving on time payments. As a partner, Verotel and GloboSALE will mail you your commission check twice a month pursuant to their terms of service.  Income from credit card and check sales, referral bonuses, and all your partner income will be combined into one check.  The minimum check amount is $50.00.  Verotel  and GloboSALE will provide real time stats with which partners may monitor their sales.
   
5. You may promote On-Line Media Website(s) on numerous websites. Your sales will be tracked by linking code and is not based upon the referring URL.
   
6. On-Line Media is not liable for any litigation of unauthorised promotional techniques. You may be held liable for using any illegal material in advertising efforts if On-Line Media is prosecuted for said material.
   
7. On-Line Media is not responsible for any commissions lost because of downtime due to server maintenance, Internet weather, or other related Internet problems.
   
8. On-Line Media has the right to change pay outs (increase or decrease) at anytime with a 14 day notification period.
   
9. Partners must provide a valid e-mail address at the time of registration, and must notify On-Line Media by e-mail of any changes to that address, or account could be subject to cancellation.
   
10. Partners will receive 50% commission on sales, and all re-bills they generate through the linking code they are given, minus charge backs. This means 50% of the actual sale price, not 50% after processing fees.
    
11. This agreement can be terminated at anytime by the partner or On-Line Media in writing.
    
12. The commissions of partners who violate these Terms & Conditions may be forfeited by On-Line Media.
